What could be improved
i was on ward 1a after a long wait in a and e the ward was very full. the bathrooms were very dirty and after being on the ward a short time it was shut down due to winter vomiting the other patients on the ward said it had only reopened again that day
Anything else?
this is not good enough as i and a lot of others could have gone down with this as well
