"Very thorough and professional treatment"

I got sent to A and E by my GP on Friday, all the staff there, from reception to the consultant were amazing, the treatment was second to none from everyone involved in my visit. The only complaint I would have, is not about any of the staff, but, about the other patients that were waiting there with me. I don't think they realise just how lucky we are in this country to have NHS hospitals. All they were doing was moaning about the time they had waited, which incidently for some was only an hour, I just couldn't believe it. Come on folks, these people in our A and E departments do an amazing job, and time cannot be put on patient treatments' and being rude and abusive to them just isn't fair. It could be your life they are saving at some point, while others are waiting to be seen, sure you wouldn't want them to cut short your treatment to see someone else ?
