"Well done A & E Queens."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I accompanied my son in an ambulance on Friday 9th May at about 1.30pm. He suffered five seizures during a walk at Fairlop. He is 47 and has severe learning disabilities. The Consultant was waiting for us at A&E. A SHO reassured her patient while she took his blood. At all times he and I were treated with the utmost respect and kindness by all the Doctors, nurses, X Ray staff etc. My son recovered well and was discharged late afternoon by the Medical Consultant, who organised an Outpatients Neurology referral. With much appreciation. Thank you.

I’m also pleased to hear your son recovered well, and I will enjoy passing your comment onto our staff. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
