"Knee Operation"

Chief Administrator, will you please convey my sincere thanks to all the team for their service and care during my recent visits to the Princess of Wales Hospital and subsequent operation at Redditch on Wednesday 2nd April. From the nurse who did my initial assessment (twice) to the staff in theatre and the nurses in the recovery ward, all were professional and considerate. Had my operation not been a success, and it was, I would still have felt the same, it would not have for the want of trying. At a time where there is constant scrutiny and criticism of our public services it is right that credit should be equally expressed and publicised, sadly, too often it is ignored.
