"Supported and cared for"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Had what could only be precribed as 2 episodes of funny feelings- loss of preception and perspective to a degree; this resulted in overnight admittance through A&E. All staff associated with the Emergency dept.,TIA and the stroke dept, this to include Physio, Occupational assessment and general nursing care from the Doctors and Nursing staff , Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists was thorough and attentive. They answered questions and approached their occupational work with knowledge and diligence. I was reassured after being quite scared. the porters also deserve special mention for their politeness

Thank you for your feedback. I’m thrilled that our staff were able to reassure you at what must have been a very frightening time. I will make sure our staff, including our porters who are provided through our partner Sodexo, hear how appreciative you are of their efforts in your care. Yours sincerely, Stephen Burgess Medical Director
