"Damaged Shoulder Out Patients Visit"

Dear Nursing Staff, I recently injured my shoulder rather painfully. A very good friend took me tothe walk in center at the hospital for a blood test (unrelated to the injury) and she persuaded me to have the shoulder looked at while we were there so although (being in pain) I agreed, I was worried about how much of my friend's time I was wasting knowing how long hospital usually takes. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when my visit through outpatients, then x-ray and seeing a nurse practitioner as well, took barely any time at all! So fast was it that I hardly had time to talk to my friend at all. I was amazed! Thank you so much! Yours Fran Baker
