About: Conquest Hospital

I had a cystoscopy in your urologly department on 6th may,I feel my treatmen t was not as it should have been,on recieving an injection which I assume was to numb the area it was a matter of seconds before treatment started which caused great discomfort, surely as with a dentist the area should be allowed 5 minutes to go numb.I feel I may as well not have had one.several people have said this is the case and I await your reply as soon as possible.
