"Long waiting list and unhelpful staff"

About: Kettering General Hospital

I have been waiting 9 months for serious ear surgery. The ENT department can not tell me when it will take place and when I said I was not happy they thrust a PALs leaflet in my hand, agreed it wasn't good enough and said there was nothing they could do!! Unprofessional, at times rude and uncaring staff in the ENT department. I asked to speak to the consultant and they said he wouldn't talk to me about the issue and my best bet was to formally complain or contact the chief exc!!
