"Excellent and consistent care"

I am writing to compliment the staff at West Middlesex Hospital audiology department, especially the incredibly helpful receptionist. Unfortunately I do not know the ladies name but she is always very polite and remarkably resourceful when it comes to requests and assistance.  I have been an out patient for over 10 years since first diagnosis and cannot fault the department.  I recently contacted the department on behalf of my father who recently returned to London and needed to register for a new hearing aid and again the receptionist assisted very pro actively ensuring my dad got an appointment.  So congratulations to the trust and audiology team for providing excellent and consistent care.
