I called the 111 NHS line following a severe cold and throat infection. The lady I spoke to was reassuring and extremely helpful and an appointment at an out of hours service was booked almost straight away. I found her phone manner outstanding and I would recommend this service to anyone that may need medical help which isn't an emergency.
