About 8 weeks ago my grandson was knocked down and broke his ankle very badly and needed a operation to reset it. The hospital kept him in 3 or 4 days. Upon leaving the hospital, his mum asked for some crutches and they said no even though he could not put his foot down on the floor and the plaster was from his ankle to above his knee. I had to borrow a wheelchair to get him home and he was in great pain.
My next door neighbour's son who is the same age as my grandson sprained his ankle and they gave him crutches. Please don't tell me a sprain is worse than a break which was as bad as my grandson's was. I really don't understand how they could not give him crutches. After 8 weeks they have just put it in plaster again. I do appreciate all the good work you all do but sometimes the way you work is unbelievable.
