"First class"

From the first appointment through to my treatment, I cannot fault the Medway Hospital. It was professional and efficient and I was treated with care and respect the whole time. I had complete confidence in the doctor who took time to explain exactly what my procedure would be. I was really nervous regarding the anesthetic but again was put at ease and would not be afraid in the future. The nursing staff was exceptional particularly as there was a shortage of beds to take the patients from the recovery area, this must have been frustrating for them but they did not let it get in the way of their care.
