What I liked

Was the prosfessional way the staff when about there task from day one. Booking into the applebly suite on the morning of the addmission, and the smooth process in which each member of staff played there part in checking details, and the medical teams from each cousultant explaining the type of operation you where comming in for, also the best type of anaesthetic to suit you. After my operation i was taken to the Beynon Centre to recover, first thing i noticed was how clean and tied very where was.The staff that looked after me were all wonderful,i had to stay over night because i had not recovered enough to be released, the staff that looked after me where all wonderful, the nursing i received was better than any private hospital.

What could be improved

Time scale's for each person could have been staggered, instead of every one trying to book in at 7:00am at the Appleby Suite
