"Audiology dept"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

In May 2006 I was fitted with hearing aids. I have had to revisit the Dept several times since and I have always been seen at the arranged time of the appointment and been treated in a very pleasant and courteous manner. This last weekend a fixing point on one hearing aid broke and I telephoned on the Holiday Monday and left my details on the answer machine. As I am due to go on holiday on Thursday I travelled from Howden in the hope that I might be seen and the hearing aid repaired. I arrived at 10.15/10.30 and spoke to reception in Adiology who passed me to a young lady, who said she had been trying to reply to my call all morning. She was very helpful and understanding and took the broken Aid away and repaired it there and then. Wonderful service, treatment and understanding.
