What I liked

The consultant and all of the doctors were respectful and explained fully the treatment I was having. The neurosugical day surgery ward was bright and cheerful. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and reassured.

What could be improved

I am a member of staff in this hospital and felt reassured that I did not have to interven to get excellent treatment in a timely fashion, I was extremely frightened at the though of have a procedure and the team treated me as a patient and not as a collgue which was reassuring to my husband as he was involved in the decisions we made regarding my treatment.
