"Whenever I need the paramedics they are always so good"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I have a panic button which I pressed when I was in difficulty having suffered from a panic attack. The people who support this service called for paramedics to come and see me – they were marvelous.

Whenever I need the paramedics they are always so good, so reassuring. I made it clear I did not want to go to hospital, they checked everything for me and made sure I would be OK until the next day when the nurse would come and see me. They filled in all the papers and left them with the nurses book so that she would see their notes the next day
