"A&E Improvement"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I was nervous about going to A & E because of previous negative responses and misdiagnosis concerning my care. (Been on steroids too long, which affected my adrenal gland, but staff said it was anxiety). Had to visit because of asthma. Was relieved to get a brilliant doctor, who was very efficient and caring. Was in hospital for week, the consultant was also very efficient and caring, along with his team. (A brilliant doctor). A & E and Ambulatory were much improved regarding care. The ward staff on Apley Ward were brilliant. I have always found the nurses throughout to be caring and pleasant and efficient.
