"Caring experienced staff, great hospital."

Had MRI arthrogram to investigate a shoulder injury, paid for by my employer's private medical cover. From the booking process to the actual procedure everybody was super nice, willing, accommodating, understanding, caring... in essence the way you dream you'd like to be taken care of if you have an unfortunate need to go to the hospital. Procedure was painful beyond expectation but the radiology specialist carried it out super professionally, in the shortest amount of time humanly possible, trying to make it as easy on me as it possibly could be. When I was faint and struggling to move on to the next bit, all staff around gave me plenty of time to recover and treated me very gently. While I hope I never have to have this procedure again, if I ever had to, I'd only go back to this team of people. Thank you for all the care and attention.
