I want to say thank you to the young man who was manning the desk in A & E at between 1 and 1.30 pm on 24 April 2014. Even though my symptoms are always minor i related my past health experience to him of the same symptoms resuting in my having a cardiac arrest and renal failure four years earlier in Spain. Thankfully he believed how serious my condition was and I received urgent attention leading to a stent being inserted. two days later. It goes without saying that my thanks go to all the staff who worked together in getting the medical help I needed as soon as possible.
