"Botox injectios"

On the 9th April 2014 I underwent botox injections to treat an overactive bladder. I was told that I may have to self catheterize 4-6 times a day. After the procedure my urge to urinate became even more frequent and I developed a urinary tract infection. A week later the botox became effective and I was unable to pass urine, however the urge to urinate became stronger, leading to me self catheterizing hourly or more. I tried to contact the ward but was referred to my own GP, who prescribed the wrong anti biotic for my infection. Distressed I presented at Emergency, who gave the correct antibiotics and fitted me with an internal catheter. a district nurse removed the catheter but I became distressed within a short time and so replaced the catheter My GP has referred me back to the hospital however the appointment I have been given is not until the19th June. I am in the process of trying to bring the date forward, but having a lot of trouble contacting the hospital
