"Outpatient Appontment- Medical Records"

On arrival at 8.30am, a nurse asked if I needed help. I was directed to Medical Photography where a volunteer advised me to ring the bell for assistance. Photographer arrived and realising I had left my appointment card at home, she was very helpful. I was able to continue with my appointment,much to my relief, as all the instructions were on this card. I was done in less than 10 mins. I was very impressed with my appointment service and the professionalism of the photographer. Involvement in decisions and same sex accommodation did not apply so left blank.
