"iw as a day surgery patient on ..."

What I liked

iw as a day surgery patient on ward 72 ent. although understaffed and extremely busy. the staff were all excellent, caring and professional. the staff in sugery and recovery were all lovely and i cant thank you all enough.

What could be improved

although clean some of the areas could use a bit of repair. the first single room i was on was shabby and the old window was very drafty and made the room very cold
