I had to take my elderly mum today following a fall 3 weeks ago and had got worse over the last few days . We were treated with respect and the receptionist was very nice. Next we saw a nurse who was excellent and made mum feel at ease and then the consultant who then treated mum was thorough and left us feeling that we had been well looked after . Too many people complain but not enough take the time to give positive comments
