"My very kind and generouse care and attention given to me by all staff"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / General surgery Royal Bolton Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I feel so strongly that I must express my appreciation of my very kind and thoughtful care and attention given to me by all nursing staff and doctors of ward 4 and urology clinic at Bolton Royal Hospital during my short stay after my operation. Their hard work and dedication will always be remembered and certainly upholds my faith in the NHS.
