The staff member in A&E tonight who told a collapsed woman they were just emotional should be ashamed. His manner was brusque and vile. What has happened to the caring profession? There was no caring involved here. He made a snap decision without basing it on any clinical investigation. Young woman = hysterical. I notice he had deliberately obscured his badge.
