lovely staff clean ward ASTLEY WARD nothing too much trouble

What could be improved

better imformation to relatives and need one nominated contact per shift so no errors occur and need to help patient with drinks as father was very dry whenever we visited(every day)

Anything else?

clearer responses to queries and accept that relatives need to be kept in the loop as much as possible - no contact with treating doctor or any idea how to speak to one
