What I liked
Every time I have attended Clayton I have recieved really good treatment from the reception staff and medical staff including nurses and consultants. Polite, helpful and understanding from hello to goodbye! willing to spend time explaining things in terms I could understand
What could be improved
telephone system is the only thing I can Fault.Don't like paying premium rates to wait 8 mins for contact only to be tod to then leave my number.
Anything else?
Just ..... Thanks to all the staff, I have been made to feel important and not just another number or statistic.
