"I was in the hospital for one ..."

What I liked

I was in the hospital for one of the sadest reasons for a woman, I had lost my baby and had to have a d&c so I can say without bias that the care that I got was the best I have ever received in a hospital.

They went out of their way to ensure that things moved smoothly and that I was always kept up to date with anything that could affect my surgery.

The nurses were first class, the second I awoke they were there making sure that I was ok, getting me something to eat and drink and accompanying me to the toilet... just in case!!!

I was introduced to the surgon and his team before my op, all my fears were listened to any all issues I had raised were discussed...

To be completly honest I can't say anything bad about the time I was in Hereford other than that maybe they needed more hands on deck as they were all so very, very busy.

What could be improved

Extra staff on to help out, so many paitents and so much going on meant that sometimes people around me had to wait a little longer than they may have thought was acceptable.

Anything else?

After my treatment here I have opted to use Hereford for the birth of the baby I am expecting now... they were wonderful there and made the best out of a very bad situation.
