We welcome your comments regarding your experience at the RUH as it helps us to identify problems and improve the quality of our service and care. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent visit to the Oral Surgery department. We have been in discussion with our Estates team here at the RUH and this toilet has now been deep cleaned. Unfortunately the fabric of the walls, floor and ceiling, together with the old wash hand basin and taps, does not give a good impression. However, this area will soon be refurbished as part of the forthcoming redevlopment of the north part of the RUH site. As such all amenities in the department will be brand new and fit for purpose.
