My mum had to visit yesterday due to a swollen hand. She was seen fairly quickly and had an x ray. The staff were attentive but there was a lot of waiting around, maybe this was due to a bank holiday. She was there around eight hours in total. The consultant and was approachable and informative. It would be nice to get a bit more information from the nursing staff.
