Everyone tells the bad side of visiting an A and E dept. My experience with Wexham Park last week and earlier this year in January was very professional. Having just seen the rating on the BBC news nothing was said about how far they have come since they were reviewed. The department is run very effectively and priority given to the right people. Too many people were there who should have just visited their GP. Well done staff at the A and E dept, you work tirelessly and are alwasy cheerful and ready and willing to help. Thank you from myself and my son.

I am glad to hear that your experience has been positive and that the staff have been responsive to your needs. We are striving to ensure that every patient has a good experience and we recognise that haven't been getting it right for everyone every time but our teams are committed to making improvements such as we have shown in A&E.
