Just had surgery and an overnight stay here. I was treated extremely well throughout and by all staff at every level. Despite constant demands on them, no-one on the day or night shift ever appeared rushed or uncaring, in fact always the opposite. As well as professional, everyone has been most pleasant and kind; I could not have wished for better. From my own point of view, I have been especially happy with my anaesthetist. She clearly exercised the greatest skill and precision with dosages, so that I woke in complete comfort with no side effects whatsoever. As a result, I am recovering quickly and feel only gratitude to everyone involved and on a bigger scale for the NHS itself, without which most of us couldn't afford treatment so would put it off until truly desperate and in a much worse condition.
