(as the patient),

I have now had both eyes operated upon for cataracts. I have received excellent service and care, both pre- and post-operatively. Waiting times were very acceptable on both occasions, and I was kept fully informed at all times.

I would like to express my thanks to all concerned, from the consultant and his staff, to the nursing and ancillary staff, who were never less than efficient, kind and empathetic. I would encourage all facing this type of surgery to go ahead; you will definitely see the world in a new light!
