"Treatment at A&E"

We wish to thank and compliment the PRH A&E department for their treatment of my wife on Sunday 13 April 14. She had a 'bruised' and painful upper right arm as the result of a fall the previous evening, which turned out to be a severe fracture. The treatment we received, from triage reception, initial consultation, X-ray, diagnosis and plaster room treatment, could not be faulted. Throughout, everyone involved was attentive, courteous and caring; special mention is made for the treatment and plaster room staff. Subsequent visits to the very busy Fracture clinic have been similarly efficient. From the front desk staff, X-ray dept to the specialist consultation have all been excellent. Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved, my wife and I are most grateful.
