About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

I have just been discharged todayafter being admitted with a very bad infection, I had to go to A and E on Saturday night! I don't think I realised how poorly I was at the time, having been through quite a lot I tend to make light of most things, but I had to say that this experience for me was 100% positive, every member of staff were so nice and I was treated so kindly and well through the whole four days by very member of staff that I met! The ward support staff are unsung heroes as well as the nursing staff, theatre staff and even the ward staff that make you constant cups of tea were lovely and always stopped to have a little chat to me! I was under the ENT Department, I have to say that I could not have received better care than I did from this team, they are totally wonderful! This has not been an easy time for me as I have had lots of other medical issues but I have found this hospital, and the team that I am under absoluteltly on the ball and very caring and concerned about you as a person, I would recommend anyone with ENT problems that you feel in complelety safe hands! I would like to say that I don't think that people who work this hard always get the praise they deserve and even though I have just got back home, I felt the need to write a review thanking A and E, the lovely nurse that saw to me on arrival! The consultant and his wonderful team, all the staff nurses, domestic and everyone that works in the Wells Suite for their complete and wonderful care of me, I can't thank you all enough!
