"What a difference!"

Having experienced visiting my stepmother in another hospital in Cornwall, I couldn't believe the contrast with West Cornwall. In West Cornwall the care given by the staff was excellent, they were cheerful, helpful and kind. Everyone was extremely pleasant, from the people on reception to the ward orderlies, nurses and doctors. I was particularly impressed when a consultant apologised for keeping me waiting, an occurrence that must be rarer than Haleys Comet! Lovely, lovely place and lovely people.
