"28/4/14"

The two ladies on reception were very helpful and pleasant. I wasd the seen by the assesment nurse where i explained what had happened and showed them where the pain was next to my ankle on my foot. I was sent for an xray and then returned back to the a n e waiting area to see the nurse/doctor. I saw the nurse who initially did not look at the xray but when she finally did she said they xrayed the wrong part so back i go down to the x ray department where i was called by a different lady who done the x ray who i found to be extremely rude when i tried to explain the previous angle the xray was taken from thus to avoid any further incompetence i was talked over and just told to put my foot on the table and told this was a waste of time. How I didn't kick off and say well its down to you and your colleagues incompetence that I'm here again I dont know. This was around 2.30pm on 28th april. Then i go back to the a n e waiting room for the second time where after a while i see the nurse again who explains the xray results. If a bit more care and attention had been made initially then there would of been alot less time wasted both for myself and for yourself on having to have two xrays and to see the nurse twice when the initially assesment was made. I can assure being in pain and walking back down to the xray dept for the second time was just as much an annoyance for me as it was for the second x ray person. The hospital looks fantastic but unfortunatly apart from the ladies on reception who book you in the rest of staff i encountered were a let down especially the 2nd xray person. I appreciate things take time but to have to do things twice when a bit more time could of been taking initially rather than just another number slap dash attitude adopted then it could of saved more time for myself and yourself in treating other patients. I certainly dont expect to be spoken to in the manner I was by the second x ray lady and I believe there is rules on proper conduct for the public to a n e staff which surely has to work the other way too?.
