Every appointment I have I end up waiting a minimum of 2 hours! I had my toddler with me yesterday and was left waiting for 2 and half hours in a boiling hot waiting room. Also my mum was refused access to my 20 week scan as I was only allowed 1 person in with me when everyone else had 2-3 people each how is this fair?!

We're happy to take these matters up with the Trust's senior maternity team if you email us your details to generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net. As for the hospital's physical environment, you may have noticed that a new hospital is being built next door, which will be open by this time next year. It will be modern and a much more pleasant environment for both our patients and staff.
