I took my 3 year old daughter into the walk-in-centre. They correctly identified that she needed some samples so that they can diagnose her issue. I called up for the results, and I was initially "fobbed off" with, "no results have come back today". On stating that the samples had been fast tracked, I was told that a nurse would call me back. They had lost the samples. Simple technology can resolve losing samples. We now have an issue whereby we don't know whether my daughter is on the correct drugs as it could be one of two conditions. I feel this represents a disgraceful level carelessness, and I am so frustrated with incompetence that could be causing my daughter longer term issues.
"Not too bad, but lose samples"
