"Gynaecology stay"

The care I received as an NHS patient was the best I have ever received. The information shared with me, the professional approach, efficiency of all the staff was very impressive. If I had to pick one area for improvement, I would say that the admin side of things could be improved. For example booking surgery for a bank holiday, that subsequently had to be rearranged. Having 2 follow up appointments booked for same day but not next to one another, apart from that whatever the Rivers is doing is working very well, and if other hospitals adopted their policies the NHS would be in much better shape. Going forward, if I ever need treatment in the future, Rivers would be my first choice every single time, Thank you to everyone, you should be very proud.
