"Could not be more disorganised"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I have been waiting for months for an operation. I received a phone call today to say I had a pre-operative appointment today, and am scheduled for the operation next week. I have received no notification of this until today. I therefore am unprepared and cannot do it. I will now have to wait a considerable time to reschedule the operation.
