"Athroscopic subacromial decompression"

Very happy with the care I received as a day case patient. There was a long wait between admission time at 7.30 and op at 12.15. However, someone has to be towards the end of the list! First physio session today one week post op. That was fine. What was not fine was one of the orthopaedic consultants having a consultation with a patient in the corridor leading down to physio in full hearing of all the patients in the waiting area. As an employee of a gp surgery, confidentiality is absolutely key to everything that we do and the same applies throughout the NHS, consultants included.
