"I can see how far I have come"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

Im coming to the end of my CBT sessions which were to help me manage my depression and anxiety. The sessions have helped me a lot in both having the confidence in myself that I can cope and also having the skills to do it. When I think back to how I was a few months ago I can see how far I have come, I almost don't recognise the person I was when I initially went to my GP.

I really recommend the service to anyone who wants to do something about the way they are feeling. I was at a point where my depression and anxiety was consuming my day to day life. This service helped me see how and why this was happening and more importantly what to do about it.
