(as the patient),

My recent health care experience in physio was excellent. From the first time I met with Adnan to my last visit, I was treated with the utmost care and respect.

He listened to me and I followed his instructions well (I hope). I never had to wait, he was as punctual as was I.

If possible please pass on my thanks to Adnan for making my visits as pleasant as possible. I am very grateful for his advice and encouragement.
