"Helped me to put things into perspective"

I initially arrive apprehensive. I had never experience any form of counselling before and thought it wouldn’t help my situation.

A couple of sessions in, I was beginning to see the issues and coping mechanisms discussed working for me.

I never thought developing a ‘so what? ’ approach would help so much in my profession!

Having made some changes myself including a job change helped me to put things into perspective and change my reactions for the better – thanks!
