Having spent the last few weeks receiving excellent care, treatment and advice concerning my longstanding MS problems, from the superb team of Physiotherapists, I do have one criticism. I regard the Gym to be a treatment room, and though it is used by both sexes, the team do all they can to provide as much privacy and dignity they can for their patients. Unfortunately, this is spoilt by an almost constant stream of "staff" from somewhere else, using the gym as a "shortcut", or to fill water bottles from the cooler. For patients who are easily embarrassed, this can be quite off putting, and disruptive. I am sure that other treatment areas within the hospital would not allow this to happen. So, if you have need to use this excellent facility and it's brilliant team, just be aware that you my be disturbed by people walking through.
