"waste of my time and money"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

having been to my doctor about my complaint and taken various antibiotics he referred myself to the hospital for a consultancy in the ENT dept.my first date was cancelled by the hospital(unforseen circumstances) my re-scheduled appoinntment was then cancelled again by the hospital same reason.Third time lucky(3 months later) i finally went iin for my consultancy. I was assessed hearing wise and physically examined and he then decided to send myself for an MRI. The MRI was performed and i was told by the consultant that he would see me in about 3 months.Ithen received a letter saying my appointment was for 30th december not too bad i thought. I then received another lette a couple of weeks later saying that, yes you guessed it, due to unforseen circumstances my appointment was put back till 28th April.disgraceful in itself I then gets there yesterday and booken in.My consultant was not in so i had to see someone else.After 9 months of being mucked around i thought i would finally get some answers.No the stand in for my consultant informs me that the scan was clear. O.k so now what..........nothing.......i now have to go back to my doctor because" it could be neurological she says" after nearly a year of constant numbness and aching pain i now have to go back through all this again Why the hell didn;t anyone phone myself and tell me that the scan was clear it would have saved me taking yet another day off work and NHS money. I asked her this and the answer was i really don't know why you're here..... absolutely unbeleiveable. Mr R.Stanley
