What I liked

Doctors,nurses, auxiliaries, physio, catering and cleaners were all friendly and efficient. Hand washing was always done and the ward, Heronsgate, was kept clean.

I entered the ward as an emergency on Dec 8 and spent a week receiving treatment that I can only describe as first class.

I shall always be grateful to the dedicated people who looked after me there.

It was the NHS at its best.

What could be improved

There were a few problems associated with the renovations, but they were handled well.

Anything else?

So many people knock the NHS but I have nothing but praise.
