"I am being treated in Clinic 4A ..."

About: The Whittington Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I am being treated in Clinic 4A (Oncology). I have always been consulted and given choices at every stage of the process. I have been treated with the greatest respect and compassion by all the staff from Consultants to Reception. I would particularly like to single out for special mention the Oncology Team, who have been an absolute gem. One Oncology nurse in particular was professional, knowledgeable, totally selfless, compassionate and caring.

What could be improved

A shelf in the Gents (sit-down) loo would be very useful when juggling all the bits and pieces to produce a urine specimen.

Anything else?

It took me nearly ten minutes to find this page on this poorly designed website.

We are very pleased that you are receiving such good care in the oncology department. Thank you for letting us know. We will pass on your suggestion about a shelf in the gents loo to the estates department and your comments about the NHS Choices website to NHS Choices.
