"A&E"

My GP advised me to go to A&E at Moorfield Eye Hospital. It was only a short walk from the station. On arrival I was given a form to complete my personal details. After a wait I was called to the reception desk where my details were logged onto the system. There was another wait before I was called to Triage. Asked to wait in another area, I was then called for an eye test. There was a further wait before I was called by a sister for an eye examination and full discussion of symptoms, medication and future plan. I left with the prescribed medicines and now await an appointment for a follow-up clinic. A full professional service to be proud of. Thank you.
